振动过大是引起机车牵引变流器控制箱故障率高的主要原因之一。某型机车部分线路测试表明牵引变流器控制箱振动较大,超过了GB/T 21563—2008的要求。针对现场测试结果,提出了两种控制箱减振方案,通过仿真分析和装车对比试验证明了减振方案具有较好的减振效果和可行性。相关的结论为了解控制箱的振动情况提供了依据,对控制箱的减振工作有重要的参考价值。
Vibration is caused by locomotive traction converter control box failure rate is one of the main reasons. A certain locomotive part of the line test shows that the traction converter control box vibration larger than GB / T 21563-2008 requirements. According to the field test results, two control box vibration reduction schemes are proposed. The simulation results and loading comparison tests show that the vibration reduction schemes have good damping effect and feasibility. The relevant conclusions provide a basis for understanding the vibration situation of the control box and have an important reference value for the damping work of the control box.
