资料曾报导Cr(Ⅲ)使Cu-铬天青S-十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵褪色而测定铬。铬的直接胶束增溶光度法尚未见有报导。我们研究了在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)存在下,用埃铬青R(ECR)光度法测定铬(Ⅲ)的反应条件;并利用在微酸性溶液中,Cr_2O_7~(2-)与Na_2SO_3反应时可诱导Cr_2 O_7~(2-)与Mn~(2+)发生反应,同时Mn~(2+)对三元络合物的形成有催化作用,从而进一步提高了测定的灵敏度。干扰离
