目的探讨超选择性肾动脉化疗加栓塞术在特殊肾癌治疗中的疗效。方法应用化疗药物经超选择性肾动脉灌注,加碘化油、明胶海绵行肾动脉末梢及中央栓塞,治疗病例3例。结果3例患者症状均缓解,碘油沉积于肿瘤区,肿瘤不同程度缩小。3例患者目前均存活。结论该法安全、有效,能最大限度地保留肾组织和功能,尤其适用于孤立肾或对侧肾功能低下或丧失的肾癌患者。 Objective To investigate the effect of superselective renal artery chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of special renal cell carcinoma. Methods Three cases were treated with chemotherapeutic drugs via percutaneous renal artery perfusion, iodized oil, gelatin sponge and renal embolism. Results The symptoms of all three patients were relieved. Lipiodol was deposited in the tumor area and the tumors were reduced to varying degrees. Three patients are currently alive. Conclusion The method is safe and effective, and can retain renal tissue and function to the maximum extent, especially for patients with renal cell carcinoma who have isolated or contralateral renal dysfunction or loss.
