患者男,12岁,感冒,咽痛,耳塞,无发热,于1989年3月25号自服复方双氯灭痛片(感冒通片),每日二次,每次一片,共服五次,总量五片。患儿突然发生血尿,心情恐慌,随即在门诊诊治。经尿常规检查:蛋白+,红细胞++++。白细胞少许,上腹部不适,呕吐剧烈,无尿频,尿急及尿痛。立即停用感冒通片并用安络血注射液5mg,每日两次,肌注治疗。3月29号收治入院,入院时检查:神志清楚,精神尚可,颜面正常,无失
