在知识经济时代,知识管理已经成为企业获取核心竞争力的重要手段之一,特别是技术类型企业。在竞争过程中,不能被竞争对手所模仿的只有知识中的隐性知识,而这正是被企业的员工所掌控的,人力资本和知识资本日益成为企业获取竞争优势的源泉和不竭动力。本文以PCCP制造企业为例,分析知识管理下如何对技术人员进行管理,从而保障企业在竞争中立于不败之地。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management has become one of the important means for enterprises to obtain core competitiveness, especially for technology-based enterprises. In the process of competition, only tacit knowledge in knowledge can not be imitated by competitors, which is controlled by employees in the enterprise. Human capital and intellectual capital are increasingly becoming the source and inexhaustible power for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.
