我国产学研联盟发展尚处于探索阶段,虽取得了一些的经验,但由于相关法律制度不健全使得其在建设、运行管理各方主体责任不明、协同不够,高校(或科研单位)和企业两类异质型组织之间的互补、兼容、沟通、信任、凝聚力不足,冲突协调、知识共享、成员平衡贡献上存在缺失,产学研联盟协同创新活力受到严重制约,只有不断健全与完善产学研合作的相关法律机制,才能够更好地推进产学研联盟及其协同创新的可持续发展。
