欧美国家的聋人外语教学实践在教学方法、外语学习相关研究、课程大纲设计和计算机多媒体教学方面取得较为丰富的经验和成果:教学方法从注重口语教学转到手语教学;分析聋人外语学习者,探讨其学习策略;课程大纲设计的目标明确,适应学习者和社会的需求;采用先进的计算机多媒体技术为聋人外语学习者提供与听人同样的学习条件。以后的研究需要多采用实证方法,探索聋人外语学习机制,在教学中采用较为固定的综合教学方法框架;大纲的内容可以扩展到聋生家庭的自然语言教育;进一步提升多媒体教育技术水平,开发聋人外语移动视频学习技术;做好聋人外语师资建设和教材开发工作,提高聋人外语教学实践与研究的水平。
The foreign language teaching practice for the deaf in Europe and the United States has gained a wealth of experience and achievements in teaching methods, foreign language learning related research, curriculum outline design and computer multimedia teaching. The teaching methods have shifted from focusing on oral teaching to sign language teaching; analyzing the deaf foreign language learners , To explore their learning strategies; curriculum design goals clear, to adapt to the needs of learners and society; the use of advanced computer multimedia technology for the deaf foreign language learners to provide the same learning and listening conditions. Future research needs to use more empirical methods to explore the foreign language learning mechanism for deaf people and to adopt a relatively fixed framework of integrated teaching methods in teaching. The content of the outline can be extended to natural language education for deaf students, further enhance the level of multimedia education and develop Deaf foreign language mobile video learning technology; do a good job deaf foreign language teachers and teaching materials development work, improve deaf foreign language teaching practice and research level.
