我厂是一个有六百多人的专业铸造厂。由于生产发展的需要,几年来通过摸索和学习先进单位的经验,在改革一些主要工艺和设备的基础上,按照本厂实际条件,制订了一个三年企业改造规划,着手建设一套年产八千到一万吨铸件的机械化、半自动化的铸造生产线。七三年以来,我们以路线为纲,坚持“以农业为基础、工业为主导”的发展国民经济总方针,发动群众大搞技术革新,完成了大、中型铸件流水线的砂处理及造型部分和小件流水线的大部份工程,并已部份投产使用。技改工作促进了生产,七三年一至十且份完成了全年计划产量的93.04%,全年利润上缴计划已提前四个月完成。 Our factory is a professional foundry with more than 600 people. Due to the need of production development, through years of experience in exploring and learning from advanced units, based on the reform of some major processes and equipment, a three-year corporate transformation plan has been formulated in accordance with the actual conditions of the plant, and an annual output of eight has been set up. A mechanized, semi-automated casting production line for castings ranging from 10,000 to 10,000 tons. Since 1973, we have taken the route as the guideline, adhered to the general policy of developing the national economy with “agriculture as the basis, and industry as the leading factor,” mobilized the masses to engage in technological innovation, and completed the sand processing and modeling of large and medium-sized casting production lines. Most of the minor assembly lines have been put into production. The technological upgrading work promoted production. In the first three to three years of 2003, 93.04% of the planned production was completed. The annual profit-payment plan was completed four months earlier.
