[Gd(Gly)3(H2O)2]Cl3·H2O的合成与晶体结构

标题配合物在水溶液中合成 ,缓慢挥发水溶液 ( p H=4~ 5)得到其针状单晶 .研究了配合物的热分析与红外光谱 ,测定了配合物的晶体结构 .结果表明 ,晶体属正交晶系 ,空间群 P2 12 12 1,晶胞参数为 :a=1 .1 960 ( 2 ) nm,b=3 .0 789( 6) nm,c=0 .4 7652 ( 1 0 ) nm.V=1 .7547( 1 6) nm3 ,Z=4 ,Dc=1 .987g/cm3 .晶体是一维链状配合物 .相邻 Gd3 + 离子通过 2个简单羧基桥和 1个μ2 羧基桥联结起来 ,还有 2个水分子配位于每个 Gd3 + 离子 ,所以 Gd3 + 的配位数为 9,形成变形的单帽四方反棱柱体 .该配位多面体是摩尔比为 1∶ 3的稀土甘氨酸配合物中报道的第 1个例子 .得到了该配合物的配位键的键焓 The title complex was synthesized in aqueous solution, and its acicular single crystal was obtained by slowly evaporating aqueous solution (p H = 4 ~ 5) .The crystal structure of the complex was determined by thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the crystal structure Orthogonal crystal system with space group P2 12 12 1 with unit cell parameters of a = 1.1960 (2) nm, b = 3.0789 (6) nm, c = 0.74652 (10) nm .V = 1.7547 (1 6) nm3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.987g / cm3. The crystal is a one-dimensional chain complex. The adjacent Gd3 + ions pass two simple carboxyl bridges and one μ2 carboxyl bridge Taken together, there are two water molecules coordinated to each Gd3 + ion, so the coordination number of Gd3 + is 9 to form a deformed single-capped tetragonal anti-prismatic prism. The coordination polyhedron is a rare earth with a molar ratio of 1: 3 Glycine complex reported in Example 1. The bond enthalpy of the complex was obtained.
