近年来,随着国内社会经济迅速发展,各种城镇问题愈加凸显,各类规划难以有效衔接,“三规合一”已成为推进新型城镇化和城镇管理的重要手段,为城镇体系规划提供了新的创新方向。从“三规合一”的角度,分析城镇体系规划的核心内容,结合研究区三规编制情况,对研究区城镇体系规划中的主要问题进行探讨。在此基础上,从规模结构、空间结构、职能结构进行调整和优化,为研究区城镇体系的发展建设提供科学性、现实性和可操作性。
In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy in China, all kinds of urban problems have become increasingly prominent and various kinds of planning can not be effectively linked. The “three rules and one” have become an important means of promoting new urbanization and urban management. Provide a new direction of innovation. From the perspective of “three rules and one ”, the paper analyzes the core contents of the urban system planning, and discusses the main problems in the urban system planning of the study area, combining with the compilation of the three rules in the research area. On this basis, the scale structure, the space structure and the functional structure are adjusted and optimized so as to provide scientific, practical and operable for the development and construction of urban system in the study area.
