某型叉车前起升缸顶部装有链轮,链条挂在链轮槽口处,链条一端与货叉架固定,另一端与内门架固定。当前起升缸升降时,便可实现货叉架的升降。货叉架上装有承载货物的货叉,货叉架的举升或降落,便可完成货叉的升降。1.改进前的结构和存在问题(1)改进前的结构改进前,前起升缸底部加工了1个螺孔,通过1条螺栓与内门架下横梁组装在一起。内门架下横梁上的安装孔内嵌有隔套,并在安装孔外部焊接挡圈。隔套与其座孔、隔套与螺栓之间均为间隙配合。隔套的长度比内门架下横梁的厚度大1~2mm,以便在螺栓紧固后,前起升缸与内门架下横梁之间保留一定的轴向活动量。其结构如图1所示。
