中小学校是整个国民经济不可缺少的组成部分,担负着国民教育的基础责任,认识和理顺它们的财务管理,对构建和谐校园、促进和谐教育,有着重要的意义。本人从教育财务管理的特点、存在问题、对策建设等方面作论述,旨在探讨如何加强学校财务管理工作,有效促进教育事业健康可持续发展。
Primary and secondary schools are an indispensable part of the entire national economy, shouldering the basic responsibility of national education, understanding and rationalizing their financial management, and are of great significance to building a harmonious campus and promoting harmonious education.
