为了定量评价管道腐蚀缺陷的严重程度,利用ANSYS有限元法对腐蚀管道的剩余强度进行研究,通过对管道腐蚀缺陷的模拟,分析腐蚀区的应力状态。基于含双椭圆凹坑缺陷的管道模型,探讨了腐蚀缺陷深度和缺陷间距对管道剩余强度的影响,定量确定了两者对管道局部应力的影响作用。结果表明:缺陷深度与局部应力成正比例关系,是影响管道局部应力的最主要因素,而缺陷间距对管道局部应力的影响较小。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the severity of pipeline corrosion defects, the residual strength of corrosion pipeline was studied by ANSYS finite element method. The stress state of corrosion zone was analyzed through the simulation of pipeline corrosion defects. Based on the pipe model with double ellipse dimple defects, the influences of the depth of the corrosion defects and the spacing of the defects on the residual strength of the pipe were discussed, and the effect of the two on the local stress of the pipe was quantitatively determined. The results show that the depth of defects is directly proportional to the local stress, which is the most important factor affecting the local stress of the pipeline. However, the influence of the defect spacing on the local stress of the pipeline is small.
