[目的]探讨云南不明原因猝死病区与非病区硒、铬水平以及与云南不明原因猝死的关系。[方法]采集云南不明原因猝死病区、非病区水,土,粮食,头发、血清,分别用荧光法和原子吸收分光光度法测定样品硒、铬含量。[结果]云南不明原因猝死病区水硒、铬,土壤硒、铬,粮食硒、铬水平均低于非病区组(P﹤0.05);云南不明原因猝死病区人体发硒、铬,血清硒、铬水平均低于非病区组(P﹤0.05),云南不明原因猝死病区环境硒、铬水平与人体硒、铬水平呈正相关关系。[结论]低硒与低铬可能是云南不明原因猝死的发病因素之一。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the sudden and unexplained sudden death in Yunnan Province and non-endemic selenium and chromium levels and the sudden death in Yunnan Province with unknown reasons. [Methods] The water, soil, food, hair and serum of unidentified sudden death in non-endemic area of Yunnan Province were collected. The contents of selenium and chromium in the samples were determined by fluorimetry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry respectively. [Results] The levels of selenium, chromium, selenium and chromium in grain, selenium and chromium in grain were lower than those in non-disease group (P <0.05) in the sudden death of unknown causes in Yunnan Province. Selenium, chromium, serum Selenium and chromium were all lower than those in the non-ward (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between selenium and chromium levels in humans and the levels of human selenium and chromium in the sudden death of unknown causes in Yunnan. [Conclusion] Low selenium and low chromium may be one of the risk factors of sudden death of unknown cause in Yunnan Province.
