到2020年中国的城市至少达到60%左右,到时将新增100万人口的城市300多个。中国的房地产下一步怎么走,这是一个战略的问题,就是一个预测的问题。如果我们对明天,或者对三、五年看不清楚的话,就像应了一句谚语:对于没有航向的船,是没有方向的。所以预测和战略是国家的重中之重。未来的中国的房地产,将会出现一个大规模、大趋势的造城的运动,这肯定不是简单的盖住宅,而是形成在城市不太看重的远郊,通过发展商的持续的努力,创造一个卫星城市,在中国城市高速发展过程中,为城市添砖加瓦,这个案例是少见的。
