古今中外的实践都证明,一个国家或地区的经济、政治、文化和社会生活等各个方面的发展,在很大程度上都取决于交通运输业发展的程度。运输是人类文明的生命线,是物质文明和精神文明的支柱,是支持经济增长的一个重要组成部分。从这个基本点出发,对交通运输与社会经济这种相辅相成,相互依赖以及相互促进的作用关系加以阐述。
The practice at all times and in all countries proves that the development of all aspects of a country’s economy, politics, culture and social life depends to a large extent on the development of the transportation industry. Transport is the lifeline of human civilization, the pillar of material civilization and spiritual civilization, and is an important part of supporting economic growth. Starting from this basic point, we elaborate on the interaction between transportation and socio-economy, which are mutually reinforcing, interdependent and mutually reinforcing.
