用麦胚饲料饲养采自浙江上虞田间的红铃虫幼虫。经13代的连续选育,使幼虫历期从第1代的26.3天缩短到17天左右;化蛹率从28.5%提高到80%以上;第1代雌雄的蛹重分别为19.68±3.45和16.77±2.60毫克,第13代分别为24.21±3.88和20.03±2.41毫克;化蛹越来越集中,第10代自第13天开始化蛹,6天内化蛹率就达80%。上述结果表明,此红铃虫品系(CZ)性状已趋稳定,能适应麦胚饲料,为红铃虫的群养研究打下了基础。
Red bellflower larvae collected from the field of Shangyu, Zhejiang Province were fed with wheat embryo feed. The larvae ’s duration was shortened from 26.3 days in the first generation to about 17 days after the 13 generations of continuous selection. The pupation rate increased from 28.5% to 80%. The pupal weights of the first generation of male and female were 19.68 ± 3.45 and 16.77 ± 2.60 mg, the 13th generation was 24.21 ± 3.88 and 20.03 ± 2.41 mg respectively. The pupal was more and more concentrated. The pupal was pupated on the 13th day in the 10th generation. The pupation rate reached 80% in 6 days. The above results showed that the characters of CZ had stabilized and could adapt to wheat germ feed, which laid the foundation for the research on the population of Red bollworm.
