四川省金属学会四届二次常务理事会会议于1991年1月26日在省学会活动中心召开。理事长尹湘硚同志主持会议。会议讨论和决定的主要事宜如下: 1.关于1990年工作总结和1991年工作安排。认为1990年工作总结比较全面,常务理事会同意这个总结。1991年工作安排应根据党的十三届七中全会精神、省冶金工作会议精神加以修改补充。突出科技进步和科技人员工程再教育。 2.关于学会财务工作审计结果的审定意见。常务理事听取并审议了成都审计事务所的审计报告和对问题的处理意见和建议。常务理事会同意审计事务所对审计工作提出的问题与建设。 3.关于出席中国金属学会“五大”代表及理事候选人问题。学会办公室根据中国
The second meeting of the fourth executive board of the Sichuan Institute of Metals was held on January 26, 1991 at the Provincial Association Activity Center.
