专用钻床用于石油抽采行业中抽油钢管即“石油筛管”孔的加工,根据加工工艺要求,主轴箱上安装40柄钻头,两端钻头距离3050mm。该专用钻床的重点和难点是主轴箱的结构设计,特别是电机直接传动的主动轴、齿轮及轴承的计算。经过设计计算,采用变频电机通过齿轮传动带动钻头旋转同时加工,整个主轴箱相当于齿轮变速箱,变频电机控制钻头转速,实现不同钻孔转速的需求。
Dedicated drilling machine used in the oil extraction industry pumping oil pipe or “oil screen ” hole processing, according to the processing requirements, the spindle box mounted 40 handle drill bit, both ends of the drill bit distance 3050mm. The key and difficult point of this special drilling machine is the structural design of the spindle box, especially the drive shaft, gear and bearing of direct drive of the motor. After design and calculation, the variable frequency motor drives the drill bit to rotate at the same time through the gear transmission. The entire headstock box is equivalent to the gearbox, and the frequency conversion motor controls the rotation speed of the drill bit to realize the requirement of different drilling speed.
