目的:探讨门诊药房精细化管理对药学服务质量的影响。方法:对2015年6月实施门诊药房精细化管理前后收治的180例患者及医院门诊药房20例医务人员作为研究对象,统计分析实施门诊药房精细化管理前后的医务人员工作效率及药学服务质量状况。结果:实施后医务人员单方调剂时间、人均日调剂量与实施前相比均明显较优,P<0.05。实施后调剂差错率及患者药学服务满意度与实施前相比明显较优,P<0.05。结论:门诊药房精细化管理可有效提升药学服务质量,可在门诊药房中推广。
Objective: To explore the impact of intensive management of outpatient pharmacy on the quality of pharmacy services. Methods: 180 patients admitted before and after intensive management of outpatient pharmacy in June 2015 and 20 medical staffs in outpatient pharmacy were selected as research objects, the statistical analysis was conducted on the working efficiency and quality of medical staff before and after the intensive management of outpatient pharmacy . Results: After the implementation of the medical staff unilaterally adjust the time, the average daily dose of adjustment was significantly better than before, P <0.05. After the implementation of the adjustment error rate and patient satisfaction with the pharmacy service was significantly better than before implementation, P <0.05. Conclusion: Outpatient pharmacy refinement management can effectively improve the quality of pharmacy services, which can be popularized in outpatient pharmacies.
