目的探讨血必净和丹参酮ⅡA注射液对心脏骤停大鼠自主循环恢复(ROSC)后心肌损伤标志物、乳酸、炎症介质水平变化的影响。方法窒息法建立改良型心肺复苏动物模型后,30只SD大鼠随机均分为肾上腺素(CON)组、血必净(X)组和丹参酮ⅡA(T)组。复苏早期,CON组静脉注射肾上腺素,X组和T组在CON组基础上分别静脉泵入血必净4ml/kg和丹参酮ⅡA 3.6mg/kg。ROSC后1、6h分别检测各组血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、乳酸和TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10浓度。结果与CON组比较,ROSC后6h,X、T组血清CK-MB、cTnI、乳酸、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平升高(P<0.05);与T组比较,ROSC后6h X组血清乳酸、TNF-α、IL-6水平降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平升高(P<0.05)。结论血必净和丹参酮ⅡA注射液均可减少ROSC心肌细胞损伤和促炎细胞因子的释放,增加抗炎介质表达。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing and tanshinone ⅡA injection on myocardial injury markers, lactic acid and inflammatory mediators after spontaneous circulation recovery (ROSC) in rats after cardiac arrest. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into epinephrine (CON) group, Xuebijing (X) group and tanshinone Ⅱ A (T) group. Early recovery, CON group intravenous injection of adrenaline, X group and T group were treated on the basis of CON group Xuebijing 4ml / kg and tanshinone Ⅱ A 3.6mg / kg. The concentrations of serum CK-MB, cTnI, lactic acid and TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 were detected at 1 and 6 h after ROSC. Results Compared with CON group, the levels of CK-MB, cTnI, lactate, TNF-α and IL-6 in X and T groups decreased and the levels of IL-10 increased in 6 and 6 h after ROSC treatment (P < Compared with T group, the levels of serum lactic acid, TNF-α and IL-6 in X group were lower (P <0.05) and IL-10 level increased 6 h after ROSC (P <0.05). Conclusion Both Xuebijing and Tanshinone Ⅱ A can reduce the injury of cardiomyocytes and the release of proinflammatory cytokines in ROSC and increase the expression of anti-inflammatory mediators.
