本文根据兰切斯特(Lanchester)方程,简要地介绍了“兵力倍增”这一棍念,讨论了舰载式器系统电子对抗的战术使用问题,并且以飞机攻击护卫舰的简单战例加以说明。列举了电子对抗设备在挫败未来威胁中应具备的能力,对所要求的电子对抗快速响应的效果进行了推导,结果表明,时机选择是一个重要因素。最后,计算并确定了典型舰只的生存能力,得出了由于电子对抗的作用所引起的兵力倍增系数。上述结果与费用有关,可以证明,一设计有效的电子对抗设备,对特定的舰级来说,将是一个耗资低、效率高的“兵力倍增器”。
Based on the Lanchester equation, this article briefly introduces the concept of “multiplier” and discusses the tactical use of electronic countermeasures for shipborne systems. It also illustrates the simple examples of aircraft attack frigates. The capabilities that electronic countermeasures equipment should have in thwarting future threats are listed, and the effectiveness of the required electronic countermeasures against rapid response is deduced. The results show that timing is an important factor. Finally, the survivability of a typical ship was calculated and determined, and the force multiplication coefficient due to the effect of electronic warfare was obtained. The above results are cost-related and demonstrate that a well-designed electronic countermeasure equipment will be a low-cost, efficient “force multiplier” for a particular ship class.
