知识经济社会的特征表明,供应链企业间的知识共享将成为企业取得可持续竞争优势的重要基础。本文分析了供应链知识共享活动的内在机理,构建了以共享意愿为中介变量的影响因素模型,涉及因素包括:共享成本、目标一致性、合作水平、激励机制和信任。通过实证的方法,在199份调查数据的基础上,分析和验证了上述因素对供应链知识共享的影响作用。基于此,提出促进供应链知识共享的措施,并总结了研究局限和后续研究方向。
The characteristics of knowledge economy and society show that knowledge sharing among supply chain enterprises will become an important foundation for enterprises to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This paper analyzes the intrinsic mechanism of knowledge sharing activities in supply chain and constructs a model of influencing factors based on the willingness to share as intermediary variables. The involved factors include: sharing cost, goal consistency, cooperation level, incentive mechanism and trust. Through the empirical method, based on the survey data of 199, the influence of the above factors on knowledge sharing in supply chain is analyzed and verified. Based on this, measures to promote the knowledge sharing in the supply chain are put forward, and the research limitations and the research directions are summarized.
