自1984年始,作者采用血小板分析仪检测了626名健康人(年龄10～81岁,男女约各半)血小板数,血小板体积等8项分析参数,①总血小板计数(PLT);②平均血小板体积(MPV);③噪音范围;④巨大血小板(Macro PLT)比例;⑤小红细胞(Micro RBC)比例,⑥标准体积范围血小板计数(MPLT);⑦血小板众数体积(Mode)为体积图象中包含最多血小板的体积值;⑧血小板体积分布中位数。结果:PLT171.9±41.9×10~9/L,与用其他方法测得的数值接近;MPV10.60±1.84fI,与国外某些报道结果类
