以石油化工厂环氧丙烷装置换热系统为对象 ,应用夹点技术及 TI法 ,形成具有最大能量回收特征的初始网络 ,并根据能量松驰原理及分枝调整技术 ,对初始网络进行调优。应用实例表明 ,换热器网络的最优设计具有实用性和经济价值。
Taking the propylene oxide plant heat exchange system in the petrochemical plant as an example, the pinch point technique and TI method are used to form the initial network with the largest energy recovery characteristics. The initial network is tuned according to the energy relaxation principle and the branch adjustment technique . The application example shows that the optimal design of the heat exchanger network has practicality and economic value.
