空间细胞分子生物学针对空间条件下肌肉与骨骼代谢失调、心肺功能紊乱、免疫及感觉运动系统变化等影响航天员身体健康的因素,深入分子内部探索细胞内各种分子事件的变化,揭示细胞对空间环境变化的响应机制。本文主要就微重力条件下细胞形态结构的变化、细胞的增殖与分化、胞内信号转导途径的改变以及由此导致的基因表达与蛋白翻译的改变和表观遗传学变化等方面的研究进展进行了综述。
