在供应链管理中,产品差异化的时机选择是一个非常重要的因素.在传统的产品差异化策略中,分销中心只有最终产品;而在延迟的产品差异化过程中,产品以中间产品的形式存在于分销中心中,根据需求信息,在分销中心中由半成品组装成最终产品.这两种差异化的价值差就是"延迟"的价值,延迟的价值是受需求预测中信息的准确程度影响的.研究供应链中引入电子中介是否能够提高"延迟"的价值,通过比较几个基于代理的仿真结果来验证这一关系,而仿真结果随传统差异化和延迟差异化策略的选择与电子中介的引入而发
