对采自贵州省贵阳、遵义、安顺三地区杜仲叶的绿原酸、总黄酮、微量元素成分分别用薄层—分光度法、紫外分光光度法、原子吸收光谱法进行了含量测定，对贵州不同产地的杜仲叶质量提供了参考依据。
The contents of chlorogenic acid, total flavonoids and trace elements extracted from Eucommia ulmoides leaves in Guiyang, Zunyi and Anshun of Guizhou Province were determined by thin-layer spectrophotometry, ultraviolet spectrophotometry and atomic absorption spectrometry. The quality of Eucommia ulmoides leaves from different regions provided a reference.
