双侧颈清扫术所致严重大脑并发症是人所共知的,但一般关于颈清扫术的文献中,单侧颈清扫术好象没有或仅仅有暂时性轻度的大脑血液动力学改变。作者由于1例单侧颈清扫水患者死于大脑并发症,详细复习了文献,发现单侧颈清扫术合并大脑并发症者共有22例(包括作者的1例),其中8例是致命性的。病例报告男性39岁,有肺结核史,嗜烟酒,因左侧舌部病变三月入院,舌溃疡3.2×2.0厘 Severe brain complications caused by bilateral neck dissection are well known, but in general literature on neck dissection, unilateral neck dissection does not appear to have a temporary or mild cerebral hemodynamic change.
