随着我国铁路行车速度的不断提高,对机车车辆或动车组零部件的检修精度要求越来越高。将超声相控阵技术引入到车轮检修,介绍超声相控阵技术基本原理、国内外现状及与传统超声检测技术相比的优势。针对车轮轮辋缺陷特点,分析利用超声相控阵技术进行车轮轮辋探伤的方法,并进行初步实验,展望该技术在我国车轮检测领域的应用。
With the constant increase of the traveling speed of our country’s railways, the precision of overhauling parts and components of locomotives or EMUs is getting higher and higher. The ultrasonic phased array technology is introduced to the wheel overhaul, introduces the basic principles of ultrasonic phased array technology, the status quo at home and abroad and advantages over the traditional ultrasonic testing technology. In view of the characteristics of wheel rim defects, the method of using ultrasonic phased array to detect wheel rim is analyzed and the preliminary experiment is carried out. The application of this technology in the field of wheel inspection is prospected.
