随着网络平台的迅猛发展与O2O商业模式的逐步渗透,原有的电话订餐以及线上订餐线下交易的订餐方式逐渐发展成为移动互联下单,微信支付宝付款的方式。本研究基于大学生网上订餐意愿,通过对大学生网上订餐使用状况、饮食消费观念、饮食消费方式、饮食消费结构、饮食消费时间,综合大学生对网上订餐的综合评价与自身影响,来探究就大学生关于网络订餐的意愿,运用质性研究相关方法,借以探求出大学生网络订餐的深层次意愿。研究结论可为高校助大学生网络订餐而放弃食堂进餐的原因,来打破束缚,做出切实可行的战略选择,进一步促进高校餐饮业的改革与发展。以期对发展大学生网络订餐市场的平台提供指导和有利的针对性意见和建议,同时对于大学生自身的校园生活方式具有一定的借鉴意义,对于网络订餐平台的后续发展与深度融合消费者具有一定的指导意义。
With the rapid development of network platform and the gradual infiltration of O2O business model, the existing telephone ordering and ordering of online ordering foodstuffs gradually evolved into a way for mobile Internet ordering and WeChat Alipay payment. The conclusion of the study can help universities to help college students booking online and abandon the canteen meal to break the shackles and make practical strategic choices to further promote the reform and development of college catering industry. In order to provide guidance and favorable pertinent opinions and suggestions for the development of college students ’online ordering market, and at the same time it is of certain reference significance to college students’ own campus lifestyles, and has some guidance for the follow-up development and deep integration of the network ordering platform significance.
