在现代化水上交通管制系统中的港口雷达,都利用了电子计算机进行数据处理,使整个系统自动化功能有了显著的提高,然而海杂波的的干扰问题,直至目前尚未完善地解决。本文指出了水上交通管制系统中的港口雷达,配备恒虚警率处理装置的重要性和必要性。唯此方能维持整个系统在严重的干扰环境下,很好地完成它的任务。文中还介绍了抑制海杂波的技术措施,特别侧重地介绍了非参量法中的修正一般符号恒虚警率检测装置的工作原理及其设备的特点,并给出该设备在青岛港实地试验的结果。
In the modern water traffic control system, the port radar uses the electronic computer to process the data, which has greatly improved the automation of the whole system.
