目的探讨顺昌县首例布鲁氏菌病的传染来源,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法根据《全国人间布鲁氏菌病监测方案(试行)》和GB 15988-1995《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准及处理原则》开展现场流行病学调查和疫点处理。结果2014年顺昌县报告3例人感染布鲁氏菌病病例,其中2例隐性感染,均因食用生羊奶所致。奶羊养殖场的奶羊均来自陕西。顺昌县20年来未发生过人感染布鲁氏菌病和动物疫情,推断该疫情为外地流入感染布鲁氏菌病羊传染给人引起。结论顺昌县人感染布鲁氏菌病,是食用由外来生病羊奶感染,生奶须严格消毒后饮用;加强检疫监测外地流入羊,及时发现、淘汰病畜是防控重点。
Objective To investigate the source of brucellosis in Shunchang County and provide evidence for prevention and control measures. Methods According to “National Human Brucellosis Surveillance Program (Trial)” and GB 15988-1995 “Brucellosis Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment Principles” to carry out on-site epidemiological investigation and epidemic treatment. Results In 2014, 3 cases of brucellosis were reported in Shunchang County, of which 2 cases were caused by eating raw goat milk. Sheep farms sheep are from Shaanxi. Shunchang County in the past 20 years has not occurred in people infected with brucellosis and animal epidemics, infer that the outbreak of the epidemic of brucellosis infection in the field caused by infection. Conclusions In Shunchang County, people infected with brucellosis are eaten by foreign ill goat milk, and raw milk should be strictly disinfected for drinking. Strengthen quarantine to monitor the inflow of sheep in the field, and timely detection and elimination of sick animals is the key point of prevention and control.
