采用外形接近圆形的标准石英砂磨料颗粒及不同硬度金属材料开展三体磨料磨损试验.结果表明,材料主要以塑变疲劳磨损方式磨损;滑动磨料对塑变疲劳磨损的贡献要大于滚动磨料;三体磨料磨损系统中第二体材料对材料磨损性能有影响,随着第二体材料硬度的增加,磨损量在一定的硬度范围出现峰值.这说明在三体磨损中,切削磨损和塑变疲劳磨损可以相互转换,其中塑变疲劳磨损有突出的作用.
The three-body abrasive wear test was carried out by using standard quartz sand abrasive grains with approximate circular shape and different hardness metal materials.The results showed that the material was mainly worn by plastic deformation fatigue wear, the contribution of sliding abrasive to plastic fatigue wear was greater than that of rolling abrasive, The second body material in the three-body abrasive wear system has an impact on the wear properties of the material, with the increase of the hardness of the second body material, the wear volume reaches a certain peak in the hardness range, which shows that in the three-body wear, Fatigue wear and tear can be converted to each other, in which plastic fatigue wear has a prominent role.
