成渝经济区作为国家西部大开发战略重点建设的经济区域,其公共服务水平直接影响成渝地区乃至周边的经济发展状况。本文通过对成渝地区财政支出、基础教育、基本医疗、社会保障和基础设施水平的考察,深入分析和评价成渝地区公共服务的供给现状,并和全国水平进行了比较,找出了成渝地区存在的问题,最后探索成渝地区公共服务提供机制的方案。
Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, as an economic zone mainly constructed by the strategy of developing the western part of the country, has a direct impact on the economic development in Chengdu and Chongqing as well as the surrounding areas. Based on the investigation of the financial expenditure, basic education, basic medical treatment, social security and infrastructure in Chengdu and Chongqing, this paper deeply analyzes and evaluates the current situation of the public service supply in Chengdu and Chongqing and compares it with the national average, Regional problems, and finally explore the Chengdu-Chongqing area of public service delivery mechanism program.
