医院的财务管理目标是现代医院管理活动的基础,也是医院经营管理的重要环节。社会责任是医院在实现财务管理目标的同时对医院的各个利益相关者所必须承担的责任与义务。医院承担社会责任不仅仅是一个简单的利他主义,更是一种实现既利己也利他的选择。本文主要从医院的财务管理目标出发,结合内蒙古医院的现状,探讨如何才能实现社会责任和医院财务管理目标的双赢,实现现代医院的长远发展。
The hospital’s financial management objectives are the basis of modern hospital management activities, but also an important part of hospital management. Social responsibility is the responsibility and obligation that the hospital must bear to the various stakeholders of the hospital while achieving the goal of financial management. It is not only a simple altruism that the hospital assumes social responsibility, but also a choice to realize both self-interest and altruism. This article mainly from the hospital’s financial management objectives, combined with the status quo of Inner Mongolia hospital, to explore how to achieve social responsibility and hospital financial management objectives of a win-win situation to achieve the long-term development of modern hospitals.
