[目的]了解铁路客运乘务员艾滋病知识的知晓状况及其影响因素,评价健康教育干预的效果。[方法]2008年在济南铁路局抽取596名客运乘务员进行艾滋病知识的培训干预,于干预前后分别对其进行问卷调查。[结果]调查596人,68.46%希望获取艾滋病的预防知识,16.61%希望获取艾滋病的传播途径知识,14.93%希望获取艾滋病表现症状及治疗知识;艾滋病预防信息59.23%从电视获得。认为应该允许HIV感染者和艾滋病病人继续工作者所占比例,干预前为83.39%,干预后为89.43%(P<0.01);表示愿意与感染HIV或患艾滋病的朋友继续交往者所占比例,干预前为71.14%,干预后为78.69%(P<0.01)。健康教育后,调查对象绝大部分知道日常生活接触不会传播艾滋病,其中蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病等7个相关知识的知晓率干预后均高于干预前(P<0.01或<0.05)。[结论]对铁路乘务员开展艾滋病知识的健康教育干预,对于提高他们的艾滋病知识水平是有效的。
[Objective] To understand the status of AIDS knowledge of railway passenger attendant and its influencing factors and evaluate the effect of health education intervention. [Method] In 2009, 596 flight attendants were taken from Ji’nan Railway Bureau to carry out training on HIV / AIDS knowledge. Questionnaires were conducted before and after the intervention. [Results] 596 people surveyed, 68.46% wished to get AIDS prevention knowledge, 16.61% wished to get AIDS transmission knowledge, 14.93% wanted AIDS performance symptoms and treatment knowledge, and 59.23% got AIDS prevention information from television. 83.39% before intervention and 89.43% after intervention (P <0.01); Proportion of those who expressed willingness to continue contacts with HIV-infected or HIV-infected friends, 71.14% before intervention and 78.69% after intervention (P <0.01). After the health education, most of the respondents knew that daily life contact did not spread AIDS, and AIDS-related diseases such as mosquito bites did not spread AIDS were all higher than those before the intervention (P <0.01 or <0.05). [Conclusion] The intervention of health education on railway flight attendants in HIV / AIDS knowledge is effective in raising their AIDS knowledge level.
