运用通信干扰破坏对方指挥网络,从而瓦解对方组织指挥体系、遏制其内部的行动协同,可为我海警舰船在涉外维权执法正面冲突行动中获取战术优势。正面冲突过程中实施通信干扰,应综合考虑双方兵力分布态势、干扰机性能、干扰对象通信方式、海上干扰作用距离等因素,视情选用合适的干扰样式,灵活实施干扰行动。
The use of communication interference to destroy the other’s command network disrupts the other party’s command structure and deter their internal operations from synergizing. It can thus obtain tactical advantages for our maritime police in the positive conflicts of law enforcement concerning foreign rights. In the process of positive conflict, interference should be implemented flexibly by taking into consideration factors such as the distribution of forces in both sides, performance of jammers, communication methods of interference objects, distance to interference at sea, and appropriate interference patterns, depending on the circumstances.
