本文采用矿山开采后的废弃物石灰石粉替代部分混凝土原材料进行混凝土生产的试验研究,以考察磨细石粉应用于商品混凝土的可行性,并通过试验确定石粉的最佳替代区间。研究表明:当采用磨细石粉替代混凝土用粉煤灰时,在混凝土中的单方替代量可达20~60kg,且磨细石粉的比表面积越大,对混凝土早期强度的提升越明显;当采用磨细石粉替代混凝土用矿粉时,可以改善混凝土的流动性,但对混凝土强度的影响较大;水泥-矿粉-石粉胶凝体系中的水化产物较水泥-粉煤灰-石粉胶凝体系中的水化产物多,对混凝土强度贡献也较大。
In this paper, after the mine exploitation of waste limestone powder instead of part of the concrete raw materials for concrete production trials to study the feasibility of applying fine stone powder in commercial concrete, and by testing to determine the best alternative range of stone powder. The results show that: when the use of ground powder instead of concrete with fly ash, the unilateral replacement of concrete in the amount of up to 20 ~ 60kg, and the greater the specific surface area of ground flour, the concrete early strength enhances more obvious; when used When the ground powder is replaced by fine ground powder, the fluidity of the concrete can be improved, but the strength of the concrete is greatly affected.
