肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)是一种主要由单核巨噬细胞系统细胞产生的蛋白质细胞因子,具有多种生物学活性。其中其抗肿瘤作用最引人注目。有关抗肿瘤作用机理国内外文献均有综述。1984年,TNF cDNA 的克隆成功。开创了 TNF 研究的新纪元。重组 TNF 无论从纯度和数量上均可满足理论研究和临床应用的需要,使对 TNF 的认识有了突飞猛进的发展。兹将 TNF 在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的应用概况简介如下。一、TNF 检测在肿瘤诊断中的意义Balkwill 等以单克隆抗体 ELISA 竞争法
Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) is a protein cytokine mainly produced by mononuclear macrophage system cells and has a variety of biological activities. Among them, the anti-tumor effect is most noticeable. The literature on anti-tumor mechanisms has been reviewed both at home and abroad. In 1984, the cloning of the TNF cDNA was successful.
