目的: 研究同种异体结膜移植术后红细胞的免疫学机理, 进一步丰富结膜移植排斥反应理论。方法: 对 12 只青紫兰兔进行交互同种异体结膜移植, 于术前、术后1、2、3、4、5、6 周检测外周血红细胞 C3 b 受体花环率 ( R B C— C3 b R R), 红细胞免疫复合物花环率 ( R B C— I C R), 红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞花环率 ( R B C— T C R), 对所得数据, 以术前数据组为对照组, 进行均数的t 检验。结果: R B C— C3 b R R于术后第二周开始升高, 明显高于对照组 ( P< 005), 到第三周达最高峰 ( P< 0001), 然后缓慢降低, 持续到第五周 ( P< 005)。 R B C— I C R于术后第三周开始降低 ( P< 005), 持续到第四周 ( P< 0001), 第五周始检测结果与对照组比较无显著性差异 ( P> 005)。 R B C— T C R 于术后第一周开始升高 ( P< 001), 第三周达高峰 ( P< 005), 持续到第四周 ( P<005)。结论: 在移植早期 (术后 4 周内), 红细胞免疫功能增强, 有促排斥作用。红细胞对移植术后机体产生的大量免疫复合物的清除起重要作用, 移植术第四周后, 机体自身表
Objective: To study the immunological mechanism of erythrocytes after allogeneic conjunctival transplantation to further enrich the theory of rejection of conjunctival transplantation.
