原发性输尿管癌(以下简称PUC)临床少见。我们自1974年4月～1994年4月,收治PUC 38例,均经手术、病理证实。术前诊断率84.2％。现就术前诊断体会等报告如下。 临床资料 本组38例中,男31例,女7例。年龄48～72岁,平均61.2岁。右侧24例,左侧14例。输尿管上段10例,中段5例,下段22例,1例侵犯全输尿管。主诉:间歇性全程肉眼血尿35例,
Primary ureteral cancer (hereinafter referred to as PUC) clinically rare. We from April 1974 ~ April 1994, 38 cases were admitted to PUC, were confirmed by surgery and pathology. Preoperative diagnosis rate of 84.2%. Now on the preoperative diagnosis and other reports are as follows. Clinical data 38 cases in this group, 31 males and 7 females. Age 48 to 72 years, mean 61.2 years old. Right in 24 cases, left in 14 cases. The upper ureter in 10 cases, the middle 5 cases, the lower 22 cases, 1 case of violation of the entire ureter.
