饲料工业经过短短十几年的快速发展,无论从生产规模的扩大和产品质量的改进与完善均已有了显著的进步。随着国内中小饲料企业的蓬勃发展,国外知名大企业的大举进入,市场竞争日趋激烈。价格战、经销商争夺战、广告宣传战此起彼伏,各个企业各施高招,以期建立自己的竞争优势,在激烈的市场竞争中求生存和发展。这种现状促进现代饲料企业逐步向企业化、集约化、规模化、规范化发展。市场激烈竞争的结果导致各企业及养殖户经营管理水平稳步提高。目前我国饲料工业企业经营在学术界的理论探讨通滞后于管理实践,如何将现代科学管理与传统的农牧业有机的结合起来。逐步实现饲料企业经营管理科学化及现代化,推动我国饲料企业整体经营与管理素质的提高。本文就针对这个论题作一探讨,希望对广大经营者提供理论与实践的依据。
