采用晶振倍频链的方式研制生产了13 G Hz 的微波固态频率源。在- 55~+ 85℃温度范围内, 输出功率优于250m W, 相位噪声为- 102d B/1k、- 110d B/10k。
The crystal frequency frequency chain was used to develop and produce 13 G Hz microwave solid state frequency source. The output power is better than 250mW and the phase noise is - 102d B / 1k, - 110d B / 10k over the temperature range of - 55 ~ + 85 ℃.
