枝城市棉纺织厂是个具有25000纱锭规模的小型企业。85年开始推行厂长负责制,在当时的湖北还属为数不多的有自主权的企业之一,经过几年的发展,我厂目前已拥有四个分厂、两个联营厂家、一个经贸公司,还在海南投资参股了两个实业公司。三年实现产值翻两番、利税增长28倍的好局面。87年元月,湖北省纺织工业总公司授予我厂“先进企业”称号,今年初通过了省级先进企业评审验证。我厂之所以能够在生产、续建、承包、企业升级等方面开了特别快车,就在于我厂始终以改革总揽全局,以人才开发为启动器,以企业精神和科学分配为动力,加快企业内部的配套改革,致力探索具有自我特色“四三结构”即四面体数学模型的管理模式,使企业逐渐成为自主经营,自负盈亏,自我改造和自我发展的经济实体。
Zhicheng Cotton Textile Factory is a small enterprise with a scale of 25,000 spindles. In the year of 85, the director responsibility system was implemented. At that time, Hubei was one of the few enterprises with autonomy. After several years of development, our factory now has four branch factories, two joint venture factories, and one economic and trade business. The company also invested in two investment companies in Hainan. In three years, the output value has quadrupled and profits and taxes have increased 28 times. In January of year 87, Hubei Textile Industry Corporation awarded the title of “advanced enterprise” to our factory. At the beginning of this year, it passed the provincial-level advanced enterprise evaluation and verification. Our factory has been able to open special express trains in terms of production, renewal, contracting, and enterprise upgrades. The reason is that our factory always takes the overall situation of reform as a whole, takes talent development as the starter, and takes the spirit of enterprise and scientific distribution as the motive force to accelerate the enterprise. The internal reforms are devoted to the exploration of the management model with the self-characterized “4/3 structure” or tetrahedral mathematical model, which will enable the company to gradually become an economic entity with independent management, self-financing, self-improvement and self-development.
