采用渗流法制备了Al-Si12泡沫,设计制作了Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器,并对其吸声性能进行了研究。结果表明,Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器的吸声性能与Al-Si12泡沫孔结构、Al-Si12泡沫长度及声波频率有关,吸声系数随Al-Si12泡沫孔径的减小及Al-Si12泡沫芯长度的提高而提高,具有大孔(80vol%)和小孔(20vol%)混合孔结构的Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器的吸声效果明显优于仅具有单一孔结构的Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器,高频区的吸声系数高于低频区。
Al-Si12 foam was prepared by seepage method, Al-Si12 foam core muffler was designed and fabricated, and its sound-absorbing performance was studied. The results show that the sound absorption performance of Al-Si12 foam muffler is related to Al-Si12 foam pore structure and Al-Si12 foam length and sound frequency. The sound absorption coefficient decreases with the decrease of Al-Si12 foam pore size and Al-Si12 foam core length , The sound absorption effect of Al-Si12 foam core muffler with mixed hole structure of large hole (80vol%) and small hole (20vol%) is obviously better than that of Al-Si12 foam core muffler with single hole structure. Sound absorption coefficient of the frequency band is higher than that of the low frequency region.
