界面过渡区对于混凝土修补系统的拉伸粘结强度起到关键作用。基层的状态对修补系统拉伸粘结的影响表现为:基层水饱和状态>基层自然状态>基层干燥状态。界面处理完成后,修补砂浆施工时界面剂的状态对修补系统粘结强度影响较大,液体界面剂和双组份界面剂在半干情况下进行修补砂浆施工时,修补系统的拉伸粘结强度更优。通过观察修补系统微观SEM可以看出,基层为水饱和状态,界面剂为半干条件下,修补系统三种材料之间的两个界面连接更为紧密。
