采用双波长薄层扫描法，对肝速宁胶囊中的人参皂甙Ｒｇ１进行含量测定。样品用化学方法进行预处理，方法简便，效果好。实验平均回收率为９７．９５％，ＲＳＤ＝１．８５％（ｎ＝５）。
The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Gansu-Ning capsule was determined by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning. Samples are chemically pretreated. The method is simple and effective. The experimental average recovery was 97.95% with RSD = 1.85% (n=5).
