如何通过提高劳动生产效率来加快转变经济发展方式是当前我国经济发展面临的主要问题之一。本文基于中国城市面板数据,实证分析了中国城市集聚效应与非农劳动生产率之间的关系,并选用固定效应估计方法解释了集聚效应对非农劳动生产率的影响。实证分析的结果表明,城市集聚效应对非农劳动生产率有着显著正相关的影响,该研究结果对我国转变经济发展方式路径选择具有一定的借鉴意义。
How to speed up the transformation of economic development mode by raising labor productivity is one of the major problems that our country's economic development faces nowadays. Based on China's urban panel data, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between urban agglomeration effect and non-farm labor productivity in China, and uses the fixed effect estimation method to explain the effect of agglomeration on non-agricultural labor productivity. The results of empirical analysis show that the urban agglomeration effect has a significant positive correlation with the non-agricultural labor productivity. The results of this study have certain reference significance for our country to change the path of economic development.
