长期以来,供电企业系统都没有绩效管理的意识,经济体制改革对供电企业的人力资源管理提出了绩效管理的要求。但由于供电企业的特殊性,决定了企业的绩效管理势必与其他企业存在差异性,那么刚开始融入人力资源管理的绩效管理方法,肯定存在或多或少的问题。本文就是基于供电企业绩效管理存在的问题展开全面的思考,针对问题提出完善绩效管理工作的具体建议。
For a long time, there is no consciousness of performance management in the power supply enterprise system. The economic system reform puts forward the requirements of performance management for the human resources management of power supply enterprises. However, due to the particularity of the power supply enterprise, it is determined that the performance management of the enterprise is bound to be different from other enterprises. Therefore, the performance management method that just started to integrate into human resource management certainly has more or less problems. This article is based on the problems existing in the performance management of power supply enterprises to start a comprehensive consideration, and put forward specific suggestions for perfecting the performance management according to the problems.
